Our antistress week offers all you need to reduce excess tension and to harmonize the autonomic nervous system,
enabling you to regain balance. We help you along the way to develop a future stress-free lifestyle.
Along with all sorts of different activities, this cure includes a vast array of classic and alternative relaxation and massage techniques.
If the causes for stress are mental rather than physical, an adequate amount of exercise therapy is integrated with the purpose of
reducing stress through physical relaxation.
Our antistress week (7 nights) includes:
-Full board with normal, light or vegetarian menu
-Medical consultation
-Personal explanation of the week
-Breathing gym (group) 4 x per week
-Relaxation therapy (group) 2 x per week
-Tai-Chi (group) 1 x per week
-Full body massage 40 minutes 1 x per week
-Foot reflexology 1 x per week
-Aqua-balancing 1 x per week

- In May, June and July: 20% discount on reservations in “bed and breakfast” arrangement

The discounts are valid only on the rack-rates and cannot be added to other discounts or promotions. The online rates are already discounted and are not subject to other reductions.
